HUNGARY

• Original passport which should be valid for 06 months from the date of arrival. (Old passport if any). Passports which are issued within the previous 10 years should not exceed the validity of 10 years. It must have 2 blank pages.
• Visa Application forms.
• 2 photographs of 35 X 45 mm with white background and Matte finish, 80% face size.
• Covering letter stating the details of the company, their meeting information and applicant details.
• An Invitation letter from the Hungarian business partner duly signed and stamped by an authorized person of the business entity (*).

NOTE: Letter of invitation must be issued in Hungarian language.

Letter has to provide a detailed weekly itinerary if the intended stay in Hungary is more than 30 days.

• Giving evidence of the actual business relations in Hungary by a letter of reference from the regional branches of the Hungarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry or the Hungarian Chamber of Agriculture.

NOTE: Letter of invitation must be issued in Hungarian language. English language letter is not accepted in this case

• Confirm Return ticket.
• Hotel Bookings.

NOTE: Proof of prearranged accommodation has to be presented even if it is arranged or covered by business partner in Hungary.

• Overseas Travel Insurance.
• Last 3 years income tax returns or Form 16 is required
• Updated personal Bank Statements of the  last 6 months (Original), bank seal and sign on each and every page.
• If employed, then Salary Slips for last 3 months
• If Self Employed, then Company registration proof e.g.Shop Act, MOA etc.

Minors – If the applicant is travelling unaccompanied by parent(s), consent letter signed by both parents & applicant. Form signed by both parents. Copy of the parent(s)’ passports data page.

Visa Fees for HUNGARY VISA

Visa Fees: INR 5943/- pp

Time Required: 10 – 15 Working Days

Note –  Applicants personally has to go for submission with prior appointment, if he/she is applying for first time to Schengen Country after 2nd November 2015.

• Day to Day Detailed Itinerary.
• Overseas Travel Insurance.
• Income tax returns or Form 16 for last 3 years.
• Updated personal Bank Statements of the  last 6 months (Original), bank seal and sign on each and every page with sufficient balance.
• If employed, then Salary Slips for last 3 months
• If employed, then Original Leave Letter on Company letterhead
• Retirement proof or Pension order- if retired.
• If Self Employed, then Company registration proof e.g.Shop Act, MOA etc. is required.
• If student – Student id and bonafide letter

Documents if visiting Family/Friends:

• Passport & Visa copies.
• Letter of invitation. It must be issued and endorsed by the Hungarian Office of Immigration and Nationality or certified by public notary.
• Relationship proof certificate.
